Tiffany Chapman

As a Northwest Arkansas native, and a seasoned real estate professional for over 19 years, I realize the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to go above and beyond for them working through every step together. My sales have ranked consistently in the top 40 as a leading sales producer out of 12 offices in Northwest Arkansas. I specialize in being a Relocation Specialist as well as New Construction Buyer and Seller agent. I have also worked as a Buyer and Seller agent in all facets including some commercial and land sales. Having worked alongside only 5% of Realtors, for a builder/developer in a thriving market since entering my career, I have seen a lot of change and have helped a lot of families realize their dream of homeownership.
A very proud native, I grew up in Rogers, AR and attended the University of Arkansas where I earned a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. In the first part of my career I worked in Advertising/Public Relations for Wal-Mart Stores Inc., and I was also a Director of Marketing and Fundraising for two well regarded organizations within the NWA community. The second part of my career has been working as a Realtor and my former experience and knowledge of the community has served me well professionally, and these experiences have instilled in me the discipline it takes to build a powerful real estate career and to serve my clients with the highest regard.
Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the NWA community. I am a sustaining member of The Junior League of Northwest Arkansas since 1996, with a focus of helping women and children in need. I, along with my family, volunteer and support the American Heart Association of NWA and Feed the 479, a local food bank. My husband and I, and our daughter, live in Rogers, AR and we enjoy cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, travelling and spending time at our beautiful lakes and rivers.
